Experiences, lessons learned and challenges for the future Smart Grids initiatives from a Nordic perspective


With the support of ENERGINET.DK, SINTEF and the NORWEGIAN SMARTGRID CENTRE, the next GRID+ Interaction Workshop will take place in Copenhagen (Denmark), on 27 May 2014. This will gather stakeholders and representatives of Smart Grids projects of the Nordic Countries.


This workshop will have the aim of facilitating the interaction an exchange of knowledge between the Nordic projects and stakeholders in the framework of the European Electricity Grids Initiative (EEGI). This workshop will be mainly focused on the following topics:


  • What is happening in the Nordic Countries: exchange of knowledge related to the planned and ongoing Smart Grid demo initiatives
  • Improving visibility of the Nordic Smart Grid Initiatives towards EU
  • Networking and collaboration related to potential common initiatives within Horizon 2020 topics
  • Useful Tools and Results from GRID+ Project for this purposes (Knowledge Sharing Platform, Labelling, Scalability & Replicability, Mapping & Gap analysis...).
